As the Executive Assistant, you will be the cornerstone for our senior executives, channeling exceptional organizational skills and proactivity to streamline executive functions.
Key Responsibilities
Diligently manage executive calendars, enriching each appointment with precise context and objectives.
Coordinate travel and on-site activities, liaising with local HR and admin teams to maximize executive engagement with employees.
Curate frictionless guest experiences, aligning closely with office administration, IT, and HR.
Serve as the executive’s central point of contact, driving task execution and project completion.
Generate and oversee high-priority correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Screen and escalate communications, distinguishing issues that require immediate executive attention.
Foster relationships and coordinate effectively with other internal and external C-suite Executive Assistants.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives.
Prior experience in a high-growth company with a workforce of less than 1500 is essential.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a capacity for strategic relationship-building.
Robust attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise sound judgment.

$90,000 – $120,000 a year
