  • Talent Cultivator: Establish and maintain a data and analytics competence model, nurturing our team’s growth, and help the bank to up-skill and re-skill non-experts in data and AI.
  • Community Builder: Help establish and develop vibrant data and analytics communities, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.


  • Passion and understanding of data, AI, and innovation.

  • management and coordination of collection and drafting of business requests for the development and production of analytical solutions
  • management and coordination of the introduction of analytical solutions into business processes
  • alignment of priority of development of analytical solutions within an organisational unit
  • analysis of business data with the data mining methods and EDA – exploratory data analysis
  • identification, analysis, explanation of trends and patterns in data and preparation of proposals for decision makers
  • compiling more complex analyses
  • performing the most complex expert organisation tasks
  • coordination and management of teams
  • proposing and/or introducing improvements
  • mentorship and transfer of knowledge
  • coordination, supervision and monitoring of the work process
  • participation in project teams and work groups

Conditions and expectations:

· Education level: 7 or 6/2 or 6/1, economics, informatics or other fields

· Work experience: 5 years

Required skills:

– standard and specialised PC tools

– fluent knowledge of a foreign language (English)

Key competences: reliability and responsibility, ethics, self-initiative, co-operation with others, focus on the client

Work location: Ljubljana (Slovenia)

Employment contract will be concluded with the selected applicant for an indefinite period of time with a six-month probationary period for job position Data analyst – Adviser (m/f). We have 3 open positions.
