Sr. Digital Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at Cars24 Australia. As a Sr. Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Manage end-to-end paid campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search engines, social media platforms, display advertising, and other relevant channels
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creation to maximize campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement effective strategies to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital advertising
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement


  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong focus on managing paid campaigns
  • Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across various digital channels
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Passion for cars and a good understanding of the automotive industry is a plus
