• Proven track record in improving search engine ranking and performance of organic and paid search campaign
• Proficient with web analytics to spot trends and insights, optimize marketing spend, and improve campaign performance.
• Ability to leverage CRM software to identify target audiences understand their behavior, and create tailored marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in managing multiple campaigns across email, social media, content marketing, and paid ads.
• Exceptional ability to communicate with prospects and customers, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide agency support. Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at attracting new customers for our virtual contact center.
• Design, implement, and monitor digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate potential B2B customers.
• Regularly assess the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Oversee the production of engaging content that highlights the benefits of outsourcing administrative tasks to a virtual contact center.
• Strengthen the company’s online reputation and brand image through targeted SEO efforts, social media engagement, and online PR.
• Continuously optimize the company’s website and landing pages to improve the conversion rate.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads. Role Requirements:
• At least eight years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation.
• Demonstrated success in designing digital campaigns that engage inform, and motivate.
• Understanding of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
• A clear record of achieving goals and producing tangible results that positively impacted the bottom line.
• Certifications in digital marketing tools and techniques preferred.
