The approach and technology are nothing short of disruptive, and promise to challenge traditional approaches, and change the way the industry operates.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition, the Digital Media Manager will be responsible for the execution and ongoing management of programmatic and paid social campaigns to deliver on new account goals by region.With your ability to deliver results and bias for action mindset, you’ll play a key role as part of a performance team that ensures we have recruited enough delivery partners to fulfill Amazon’s promise in getting packages to customers. You are analytical and have a good eye for detail, and are a seasoned expert in driving acquisition via digital campaigns.We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in implementing, optimising, and reporting on digital campaigns, utilising key programmatic tools and channels, as well as a sound understanding of social advertising platforms.Key job responsibilities
- Ownership of programmatic and paid social activity, with a focus on using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI in order to meet lead and new account targets across 8 regions and 3 vehicle types.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including campaign planning, setup, ad trafficking, audience targeting and bid optimisation.
- Monitor and report on channel results, such as visitation, leads, conversion rate, CPL and new accounts created. Use these insights to optimise activity and plan experiments.
- Use audience insights to identify key demographics, interests and behaviors that can be used to scale channel performance.
- Plan and perform regular A/B tests to enhance performance, and provide recommendations that will increase acquisition and ROI.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with publishers and tech partners direct. Staying informed about platform updates, new features and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Marketing, Finance, Program Managers, Capacity & Planning and possess strong analytics in order to identify growth areas and enhance business performance.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and advertising technologies that will maximise campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- 3+ years’ experience in digital media driving conversions
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing with in-depth experience with programmatic digital, custom audiences and DSPs
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to correlate results from data analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports
- Have the ability to be hands-on, and are comfortable in driving the channel strategy and day-to-day execution
