Market Place Operation Manager

Samsung is looking for an Market Place Operation Manager to join our Local team located in São Paulo, SP.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Market Place SLA and procedures with the Support Area, focusing on minimizing the loss of sales opportunities and costs in the Market Place operation.
• Improve process and systems to comply with supply management rules and processes and Samsung rules (KPI: lead-time and financial reconciliation error, losses, lead-time).
• Maximizes the efficiency of the SCM (Supply Chain Management) operation by building a medium and long term resource management strategy through early discussions on medium and long term demands.
• Responsible for understanding the needs and rules of Market Places to drive Samsung and improve the company’s productivity.
• Ensuring the performance of Market Place’s contract and Market Place’s processes and systems would be in line with Samsung’s procedures and rules.
• Deal with all Market Places to manage SLA and procedures with the Support Area.
• Identify opportunities in Market Place and Samsung operations and drive the support area to implement systems or new processes to improve Samsung’s SLA and KPIs performance (Losses, lead-time reconciliation,…)
• Responsible for connecting the Market Place process with all departments to ensure Supply Chain Operation. (Inventory management, planning and execution.
• Analyzes all issues and data to find the root cause of runtime errors and adjust the operation.

Background & Experience

• Complete bachelor degree (administration, engineering and related areas).
• Mandatory prior experience in marketplace or marketplace seller.
• Mandatory advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Advanced English level is required.
• Desirable experience in customer service, logistics operations, order management and integration platforms.
