What success looks like in this role:If you are a highly passionate marketer who has proven success in increasing revenue through generating qualified leads, we want to hear from you! We are hiring for a Regional Senior Marketing Manager, APAC who will lead regional marketing, direct demand generation and marketing campaigns, and provide marketing support to generate opportunities for the APAC Sales and the Third Party Advisor (TPA) programs in region. This includes generating qualified pipeline from the TPAs and promoting Unisys in the region through direct demand generation programs such development/nurture of leads, sales engagement for leads, conversion of leads and the impact to pipeline for the region.You will be part of Marketing and Communications – a highly collaborative team of US-based and international professionals who work closely with the Business Units, Sales Enablement and the CRO to grow the reputation of Unisys and execute strategies that address business goals.While no two days will be alike, responsibilities include:

  • Direct demand generation programs (global and local) including the capture of leads, development/nurture of leads, sales engagement for leads, conversion of leads and the impact to pipeline for region.
  • Provide oversight for brand development projects led by global teams for region.
  • Program Planning, Tracking and Reporting working along with Global Marketing leads.
  • Lead the effort to bring regional points of view into global thought leadership and communication programs.
  • Provides strategy and tactical support for Deal based and Account based activities in region.
  • Interface and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
  • Write regional point of view influencing various documents including but not limited to promotional and collateral materials, conference papers, proposals, project reports, customer /product presentations and case studies.
  • Edit/ Review and obtain required approvals for content across multiple communication channels including email, knowledge sharing webinars and website(s).
  • Implementing the APAC regional program to navigate the TPA landscape, provide ready access to advisor firms, and build, manage and nurture strong relationships with key individual advisors with the objectives of ensuring:
    • Unisys capabilities and successes are fully and accurately understood by the advisor community.
    • All opportunities brokered by TPAs of interest to Unisys are known to Unisys sales early in the sales cycle.
    • Unisys is routinely included among recommended service providers invited to bid for these opportunities.
    • Direct link between the advisor and Unisys sales, engagement executive lead is maintained during a pursuit.
    • Provide confidential back-channel for both sourcing advisor and Unisys during and after pursuit.
    • Knowledge of key advisors in region and ability to grow the network and encourage advisors to choose Unisys for their clients outsourced IT work.

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or business required; and a minimum of 10 years of relevant strategic and tactical marketing or sales experience.
  • Experience in field marketing, demand generation and or campaign management.
  • Knowledge of the Third Party (Sourcing) Advisor firms and their role.
    • ISG, Avasant, Gartner Consulting, Wavestone, PwC, Deloitte, etc.,
  • Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Organizational skills and a “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Can build and manage relationships with the advisor firms, deliver briefings and workshops.
  • Experience managing people.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing / sales automation tools such as Eloqua and Salesforce.com.
  • Experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Experience working with agencies including telemarketing, PR, and advertising.

Communications:

  • Demonstrate an exceptional grasp of the English language.
  • Create persuasive content using industry standard communication frameworks.
  • Think creatively, especially regarding developing content marketing on Technology.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess understanding of SEO and best practices.
