As a key member of the EMEA Digital Media Marketing team, you should be an innovative and effective individual with vision, single-mindedness, willingness to work hard, and a focus to deliver outstanding experiences and business results. The ideal candidate will balance attention to detail with delivering on the big picture, effectively collaborate with internal peers, steer project teams, lead agencies and manage multiple projects.Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with local sales, solution consultants, and customer success managers to formulate and implement marketing initiatives tailored to key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with the UK Marketing lead to strategize and execute an event calendar supporting demand generation across various industries, product lines, and target audience segments.
  • Construct comprehensive programs to support the overarching marketing strategy aimed at generating demand.
  • Coordinate with the EMEA Content team to meet local content requirements and assist in crafting localized messaging and communication materials when necessary.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the Marketing Operations team to ensure meticulous campaign follow-up and continuous improvement of conversion rates.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust connections with teams across EMEA and Corporate departments, including Sales, Branding, Web Experience, Demand & Performance Marketing teams, both within and outside the marketing division. Identify opportunities for collaboration, scaling, and partnerships to enhance our business objectives and maximize impact.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on EMEA B2B marketing by developing a deep understanding of messaging, market opportunities, product positioning across different segments, and various market entry strategies.
  • Develop marketing plans and collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to optimize the marketing mix and allocate budgets efficiently for driving demand generation.

Education & Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s (BA/BSc) degree, or higher education.

Relevant Experience

  • 5 or more years in B2B technology enterprise marketing, with a preference for experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in managing creative agencies, including tasks such as briefing, budget management, and project oversight.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end events.
  • A solid comprehension of all facets of account-based marketing and engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing marketing activities that contribute to the pipeline.
