Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for our real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Brand Management: Ensure the consistency and strength of our brand across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Content Creation: Manage content creation efforts, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and inform our target audience.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive potential buyers and tenants to our properties.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
