The Product Operations department at Precisely deals with efficiency improvements around the Chief Product Officer organization and its team. The pricing analyst together with three additional team members will report to the Senior Product Operations Manager and work closely with our Pricing Transformation team based in the US. The pricing analyst will work on our pricing process, client-related contracts and our pricing database (Excel, Salesforce, etc.). An in-depth training will be provided by experienced team members.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Review and analyze current client contracts and update our database (Excel, systems like Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with other pricing team members to solve new pricing related problems.
  • Work on the defined process and be ready to solve out of the box problems
  • Calculate list prices and compare the ratios to our existing offering
  • Meet on regular/weekly basis with the transformation team from the US
  • Partner with senior team members and be open for other operational tasks that may come up

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Solid English communication skills (B2 level, ideally a Business English Certificate)
  • Strong team player personality with a collaborative nature
  • Ability to work on site in hybrid model at least 3 days in the office in Bielsko-Biała
  • 1-3 years work experience in finance, shared services, controlling or process related work
  • Bachelor studies related to business, sales, management, finance or economics are a plus
  • Excellent skills in remote collaboration tools (MS Outlook, MS Teams)
  • Basic understanding of MS Excel is mandatory, advanced knowledge is a plus
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Courses and certificates in pricing, project management or business controlling will be a plus
