Role Background

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our product marketing efforts for our advertising solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring the successful launch and adoption of our ad solutions by clients and prospects.Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business. Together with our in-market sales teams, the Product Marketing Manager is responsible for launching our Wolt Ads proposition and engaging our partners to make sure they understand the value of investing in Wolt Ads.

The role is about understanding how communications with retailers, manufacturers and restaurants are currently done at the country level, how we can launch and position the value of the different Wolt Ads products, and how to better voice our Sales team feedback internally.You will play a critical role in driving the way we communicate and engage with Wolt’s Ads clients, as well as plan the internal and external roll out of our newly created products. We communicate with partners across 25 countries on a daily basis, and you’ll be in charge of building best practices and processes in how we communicate with our clients and sales teams globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and aligns with business objectives.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products, including product launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver product training and sales enablement materials to ensure successful adoption of products by sales teams and clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights that inform product development and enhancements.
  • Manage the development of product marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, and product videos.
  • Work closely with demand generation teams to drive product awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics, and provide recommendations for product and marketing improvements.

Our humble expectations

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Some years of product marketing experienc, ideally in the advertising industry, with a proven track record of launching successful ad products and campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into benefits for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Knowledge of advertising industry trends and best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
