In the Customer Due Diligence & Fraud team, you will find a group of individuals with excellent critical thinking skills, capable of meticulous analysis and a high degree of technical knowhow. If you are the right candidate, you’ll be highly process driven with an eye for detail, but flexible enough to think on your feet when you need to.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Analysing fraud trends and transaction patterns and contributing to process improvements by providing feedback
  • Ongoing KYC verification to verify our customers identity and ensure 1st party payment usage
  • Approving customer withdrawals and handling chargebacks
  • Investigating and taking decisions on accounts from end to end
  • Detecting and preventing suspicious payment transactions and gaming activity
  • Working across verticals to support other departments including Customer Support, Payments and Compliance
  • Monitoring live transactions and detecting fraudulent activity

And what are we looking for?

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have experience in the gaming industry, preferably in LATAM
  • Have good oral and written communication skills in English and preferably Portuguese
  • Have excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Have investigation, risk analysis, assessment, and decision-making skills
  • Have great attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
  • Ready to work shift work, including afternoons and evenings
