Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Funnel Manager to take ownership of our lead flow and ensure it aligns with our business targets. As the Sales Funnel Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire funnel and collaborating with partners to ensure effective lead management. You will be expected to maintain a day-to-day tracking of the funnel, work closely with the operations and credit team to push cases stuck in the funnel, and streamline the funnel process to achieve the desired results.

In this role, you will need to have a good understanding of and hands-on experience working on sales funnel management. You should be able to manage the funnel at scale for multiple channels. Additionally, you should be comfortable with marketing technology platforms, have excellent relationship management skills, and be able to use data and analysis to improve performance.

As the Sales Funnel Manager, you will also be responsible for automating daily/weekly reports for higher management and contributing ideas to refine workflow and processes. You will be required to track and analyze marketing channel performance and identify opportunities to improve funnel conversion rates. You should also have experience running content-related tests and experiments.

Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in salesHands-on experience working on sales funnel management

Ability to manage funnel at scale for multiple channels, devices, and formats

Exposure to using data and analysis to improve performance

Comfort with marketing technology platforms

Excellent relationship management skills
