(Senior) Consultant Business Travel Compliance (f/m/d)

What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime Within People Advisory Services you will be part of the quickly growing business area of Short-Term Business Travel compliance with a focus on the EU Posted Worker Directive. We are supporting organizations to efficiently manage this complex area with advisory, technology and analytics. You will take on a wide variety of tasks:

  • As part of the functional team, you are the main contact for our clients and the interface between our clients and other EY teams to ensure a seamless implementation of our EY Business Traveler Compliance (EY BTC) IT solution
  • You consult and support our clients by transposing legal requirements based on the EU Posted Worker Directive into technical input for our EY BTC application, always understanding and considering client needs
  • You define, align, coordinate, and track project tasks between our clients and other EY teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
  • In projects you act as subject matter expert towards internal and external stakeholders in compliance critical content areas such as EU Posted Worker Directive, Policies, Tax, Social Security, Payroll, Global Mobility, and Technology
  • You support our clients with change management and the corresponding communication initiatives by analyzing organizational needs and target groups and developing respective materials

What You Can Contribute – Skills For Shaping The Future

  • University degree in (International) Business Administration or Economics with focus on Human Resources, Tax and/or Technology
  • Preferably initial work experience in the area of Global Mobility and basic knowledge about the EU Posted Worker Directive
  • Organized and structured way of working to act as a quality gate for client deliverables in alignment with subject matter experts and successfully handle competing priorities and complex challenges in a time sensitive environment
  • Passion to integrate into and collaborate with new teams, as well as to be curious, creative, adaptable, and proactive with a critical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent in German and English
