The Role:

As an experienced B2B Senior Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to support our Chief Marketing Officer in developing and implementing our brand, marketing and communications strategies. Using your passion for marketing, strategic mindset, and strong track record of driving successful campaigns, you will play a key role in building our competitive edge and demonstrating our value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an emerging leader, collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer to build effective marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage brand guidelines, image libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Develop impactful digital campaigns to drive awareness and increase lead generation.
  • Implement successful strategies to drive engagement and conversion across social media platforms.
  • Oversee ongoing website optimisation and evolution to enhance user experience.
  • Act as a primary content source for all business units, including employee engagement, administrative communications, social media posts, and award submissions.
  • Manage the relationships with all external marketing and communication suppliers including creative, media buying, PR and design agencies.

Demonstrated Capabilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing budgets and working with external agencies.
  • Knowledge of marketing platforms and tools, including social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
