Job Title: Senior Solution ConsultantDepartment & Team: Solution Consulting, IndiaReports to: Aditya GargLocation: Delhi – NCRSummary:Genesys is currently recruiting for Senior Solution Consultant to join our Pre Sales team. As Part of the India team this role requires active engagement in Pre Sales work across a variety of Genesys Solutions. A Solution Consultant will work closely with the regional Sales, Pre Sales and partner channel to drive new business and address any technical questions raised throughout the sales process. The Solution Consultant works in a consultative role to identify and qualify customer requirements and map them to Genesys software, services, and consulting offerings delivered in a holistic solution. This client-facing role works with various levels of customer organizations tailoring the messaging to meet the needs of various stakeholders including C level decision makers.Key Responsibilities:Work alongside Sales Account Executives to provide consulting and technical expertise regarding the Genesys solutions:
- Manage assigned prospects/customer to help progress sales opportunities.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall customer’s objectives.
- Your role as Solution Consultant is to act as a link between the customer’s needs and potential solution value. Due to the technical complexity of the Genesys offering, this role is imperative to the success of sales opportunities. It will involve designing professional high level solution designs (HLSD) for customer deployments as well as providing all necessary sizing calculations for the deployment to be successful.
- You will develop and apply best practice principles in the areas of Solution Consulting and be able to engage effectively with executive and middle level management.
Minimum Requirements:
- 12 years+ of relevant professional experience in CX industry
- Solution Consultant is imperative to the success of sales opportunities and requires to have a good understanding and experience of the CX industry, particularly as it relates to contact centres, digital, online and social platforms.
- This person is a professional, self-motivated individual who has the ability to function well in a distributed field sales organization.
- Must possess strong presentation, verbal and written skills, have the ability to facilitate sales with an emphasis on the business and technical aspect and reference a comprehensive understanding of the overall customer’s objectives.
- Experience designing contact centre solutions.
- Experience of working with SaaS/ Cloud offerings would be additionally beneficial
