Let’s Start with the Role

You will be part of a professional and friendly team of Senior SEOs motivated to implement data-driven decisions with the ultimate goal to grow organic traffic and achieve the organisation’s objectives and goals.

As we expand, you will be responsible for multiple international markets where you will be in charge of daily operations , as well as long-term SEO strategy and deliverables.

You will collaborate with various internal departments and liaise with agencies to help with our company’s growth in SERPs, Organic Traffic (non-Branded) and Organic Registrations across major search networks.

As an SEO Specialist, you will:

• Plan, develop and implement both on-site and off-site SEO strategies, tactics and related activities aimed at the improvement of natural search rankings;
• Measure and report SEO activity, including producing reports and communicating the results to the relevant stakeholders;
• Develop and implement link building campaigns, perform backlink analysis, opportunity identification and optimisation;
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to analyse user intent, assess search volume and opportunities, and choose primary and secondary keywords for target pages utilising diverse tools (such as Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, etc.);
• Identify and recommend SEO opportunities based on competitive analysis and research;
• Perform in-depth SEO Audits in order to identify, address and prioritise the content and technical SEO challenges to improve our health score (crawlability, indexability, deduplication, missing on-Page SEO elements);
• Manage the product copy process and create engaging and relevant content ;
• Oversee and manage the partnership with SEO agencies;
• Follow SEO trends and stay up-to-date with new tools and the industry’s best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2-3 years of SEO experience, preferably in the GameTech industry;
• Great understanding of ranking factors and search engine optimisation practices;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to pinpoint actionable insights from large datasets;
• Extensive knowledge of SEO Tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs and SemRush;
• Technical SEO knowledge to analyse technical SEO implementations and benchmark against the global competition to identify gaps or opportunities;
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and best content creation practices for SEO results;
• Confidence with data sheets tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Excel);
• Foundational understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio;
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and how they impact SEO performance;
• Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language.
