Overview

As Specialist, B2B Marketing for Europe, you will be responsible to support markets delivering our Brand and Business strategy leveraging Mastercard’s marketing assets and platforms to deliver a consistent and differentiated offering to our partners to meet their business objectives.Role reports to Director, B2B Marketing for Europe.

Role

  • Engage and support execution of global and regional strategy for passion cards and promote and support sales narrative for Mastercard’s sponsorship assets.
  • Work hand in hand with markets and multiple stakeholders from sales, marketing, CSC teams and Marketing Services to identify relevant marketing solutions, propositions and go-to-market approach for customers (issuers, fintech, merchants, digital partners)
  • Support in creating content for presentations and other materials to respond to customer RFPs representing our brand and marketing assets offering.
  • Consolidate and identify marketing campaign best practices across Europe and globally to leverage internally and externally. For example, for initiatives linked to key business priorities including cross-border, online and mobile payments, debit, small business and ESG.
  • Consolidate reporting of asset monetization for Europe and other reports for global teams

About You

  • Experience delivering and assessing creative content across channels
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering B2B and B2B2C marketing programs
  • Experience executing a campaign and measuring programs
  • Experience supporting sales enablement and marketing efforts for B2B audiences
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and results oriented.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Teamwork: Contribute to positive team environment and collaboration within the teams
  • Passion to learn and deliver: Be willing to produce outstanding deliverables, win attitude, challenge status to improve results.
