Education Perfect is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Web Marketing Manager who will create and implement a web strategy globally to attract visitors, drive customer acquisition and support our global growth goals. Driven by data, the successful candidate will quickly iterate and methodically improve our website results month on month. The individual will need to be a self-starter, analytically minded, comfortable with a fast-paced environment and taking ownership for projects from start to finish.   • Responsible for managing and optimising the website to enhance performance, user experience and search engine visibility.
  • You will collaborate with cross functional teams including product marketing, revenue marketing, SDR and sales to ensure cohesive and impactful digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct audits to identify and resolve technical issues or broken links
  • Responsible for SEO strategies to improve websites organic search visibility
  • Optimise web content, meta tags, landing pages, call to actions and user flows for increased conversions and improved search rankings
  • Monitor digital marketing analytics including website traffic, user behaviour, conversion rates and campaign performance
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track KPI’s and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation
  • Oversee data management and governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Work closely with the revenue marketing team to support any digital elements of campaigns
  • Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
  • Closely monitoring conversion rates across all channels and run quarterly optimisation programs to boost performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital experience roles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with a focus on driving business results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, B2B marketing role essential and having knowledge of the B2B demand generation funnel
  • A proactive, hands on and driven individual
  • Adapts easily to changing environments and demonstrates flexibility in shifting goals and priorities.
