Job Descriptions:

1. Build local marketing strategy & planning in Germany based on local insights and business strategies ;

2. Develop creative ideas and content, set up and run local campaigns/events/activations to increase’s relevancy in Germany;

3. Build up and maintain partnerships with local media, associations, eco-partners and influencers…etc.

4. Bridge HQ team and local team, including strategies, budget, regulations…etc.

Job requirements:

– Good at marketing strategy and planning, and have experiences of being on top of overall marketing strategy for a country or a region;

– Excellent at creative content ideas and creative campaign ideas,and have done relevant project before;

– Familiar with Germany market, including media landscape, marketing practice, ecommerce environment, customer behavior…etc;

Preferred qualification:

– You have a Degree in business or a marketing related field.

– You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Business development, Strategy. FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Products or eCommerce experience are a plus.

– You bring a strong expertise in the EU market, strong media understanding and passion for great creativity

– You have the ability to steer and influence both internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues and working across all functional areas is key in this role

– On top of that, your English language and German language skills are excellent;

– You are a performance driven, strategic thinker that has excellent project management and analytical skills (proficient with Google suite, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
