This is a remote position.

Rayden Interactive is in search of an Associate Manager, Product Support to be an integral part of our team. This role entails the management, coaching, and mentoring of a team of roughly ten (10) support engineers as they collaborate with their peers on the Product configuration team to help to design and implement a Phreesia solution which maximizes value for the product.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, lead, and grow a team of 10+ individual contributors
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure effective and efficient performance
  • Coach individual contributors to proactively engage clients to support and drive adoption and usage of specific products and features within the Phreesia solution, ensuring maximum business benefits for the client
  • Coach individual contributors to ensure regular account outreach, report generation, and effective client engagement
  • Ensure team is meeting expectations and meeting quarterly objectives and commitments
  • Facilitate team development via weekly 1:1s
  • Interact with leadership counterparts on the Client Success teams in North America

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science
  • 7- 10 years of experience in technical support
  • Good communication and willingness to solve the problems
  • Logical thinking aptitude
  • Programming knowledge/experience is a plus
  • Experience of handling the team
