The Business Development Manager – Global AMS would be responsible for the provisions of pre-sales. The manager will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response whilst assembling a proposal team that has the skills to prepare and submit a winning proposal. Responsibilities include the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. The Manager is involved in full Bid Lifecycle stages. The effort / commitment required at each stage varies and is shown in our core role overlay.This individual will assist the local and regional sales team with sales activities, including orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs). This person works closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants to lead and act as a liaison between the AMS teams and sales team.This individual should have proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment. Individual will be experienced in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings / final document review, co-ordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production, and delivery of the completed proposal. Typically, they will have experience of designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution.Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
  • Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
  • Communicate and influence at a senior level.
  • Document template management in line with company branding.
  • Strong time management / prioritisation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent business/analytic writing and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant industry, client service or sales experience.
  • Closing skills , Motivation for sales , Identification of client needs.
  • Good knowledge & should be good at Workday application.
  • Should have good communication skills while dealing with business executives across functions.
  • Should have good understanding of SaaS based Managed Services model.
  • Able to multitask and perform a variety of duties.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
