Our Client are on a mission to bring 1 BILLION people to staking and DeFi. They aim to achieve this by offering the best and convenient way to earn staking rewards and participate in DeFi opportunities.

Responsibilities

● Onboard new clients to the business by identifying and developing relationships with potential partners.

● Manage relationships with key clients and grow the share of their assets on our platform.

● Scout and convert new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new partnerships and collaborations.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient execution of partnerships.

● Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirement:

● 7+ years of experience, with at least a year or two in institutional crypto sales.

● Extensive knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem and protocols. Should have established relationships with decision makers at leading DeFi protocols.

● Prior experience in soliciting investment from institutional and family office funds on behalf of DeFi protocols/ asset management companies is highly preferred.

● Should have set up and managed a B2B sales team.

● They should be comfortable front-ending deals and getting their hands dirty.
