About the Campaign Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Campaign Manager to join our Team Success based in Milan.

As a Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with other members of the Team in order to plan, execute, and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns on our DSP.

What you will do:

Working in an ad tech startup means that things often change and we adapt to the growing and changing needs of the business. We expect the below to be the bulk of the role, but this may change over time:

  • Develop and implement programmatic advertising strategies to meet client objectives and campaign goals.
  • Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, optimisation, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, including creative development, tracking implementation, and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and optimisation to drive campaign performance and deliver key metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion to upsell opportunities to clients.
  • Collaborate in providing regular reports and updates on campaign performance to clients

Skills You’ll Have:

  • At least two years experience using a large DSP (Adform, DV360)
  • Plan and execute display programmatic and direct display campaigns with external partners across all regions/countries.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel knowledge
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and building basic reports in Google Data Studio
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language
  • Previous work experience within media agencies is preferred
