What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
- Support Data Governance team in establishing and maintaining global data standards for Product, Customer, and other master data dimensions.
- Manage the run state intake process for master data/mappings/hierarchies across environments.
- Analyze master data to determine data quality issues and resolve defects.
- Manage the project state requirements and support testing of technology to validate design requirements, data input and outputs, and collaborate with technical teams as needed.
- Maintain documentation such as Data Standards, Data Dictionary, Process Flows, Desk Top Procedures (DTP’s) and Work Instructions (WI’s) to support the execution of Master Data maintenance across environments.
- Support enhancements, design, and testing of master data Workflow Tool.
- Build training materials and lead training sessions with representatives.
- Support ad hoc finance data related projects as well as establishing new and/or improving existing processes.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably within finance, accounting, or business
- A minimum of 7+ experience in finance/supply chain/SAP/Datahub/ or Master data required.
- Experience in data quality rule creation, maintenance, and remediation is preferred
- Understanding of data/mapping/hierarchies flow between multiple environments preferred.
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Excel including the ability to create / use of Pivot tables, V-lookups, etc. is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio is preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, develop strong business partnerships, and experience in ad hoc analysis is required.
