The Opportunity

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.This role requires a deep understanding of lead generation, marketing systems and digital marketing tactics. If successful, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content marketing, product management and event marketing to drive results and achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop, lead and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive customer acquisition
  • Utilise marketing platforms and tools to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives and ensure effective lead handoff and nurturing
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support demand generation initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and revenue attribution

Your Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in demand generation marketing, in a B2B environment
  • Experience working within the Technology or Telco space – ideally from a competitive landscape
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO
  • Extensive experience in optimising marketing funnels and conversion rates
