What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence, engagement, and revenue across various digital channels. As well as drive our digital strategies and help us make a difference in the world!

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Drive impactful digital marketing campaigns across paid digital media platforms, focusing on building brand equity, retain supporters, generating leads, and driving donations
  • Coordinating with external agencies to brief, schedule and optimise engaging advertising campaigns on paid and owned digital channels.
  • Identifying new opportunities for campaign growth and making recommendations for improved performance based on analysis.
  • Analysing and reporting on performance of digital marketing activities across all channels; providing insights derived from audience behaviour and engagement.
  • Managing marketing automation including scheduling, uploading, tracking and reporting email and SMS campaigns.

This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.

Who are we looking for?

For this role, we are seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual, who is committed to making a difference in the world. The successful candidate will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field, with experience and success across digital marketing including SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
  • Experience growing digital channels, monitoring trends and driving success in digital platform delivery.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with web products, CMS platforms and MarTech.
  • Demonstrated ability in building trustful and positive working relationships.
