E-commerce Specialist

Retailer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce retailers.

• Serve as the main point of contact for retailers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

• Implement a training program to educate and empower our retailers on the features and benefits of our products

Order Fulfillment:

• Oversee the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize shipping processes.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

• Implement efficient inventory replenishment strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze sales and performance data from eCommerce retailers.

• Generate regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Generating reports for key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies with eCommerce retailers.

• Provide insights to optimize product listings and promotional activities.

• Cooperate with the digital marketing agencies to ensure alignment of the company’s targets.

Customer Service Coordination:

• Collaborate with customer service teams to address retailer-related customer inquiries and issues.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with eCommerce retailer interactions.

Compliance and Contract Management:

• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and terms with eCommerce retailers.

• Monitor and update contracts as necessary.

Marketplace Expansion:

• Explore opportunities for expanding the brand’s presence on new eCommerce platforms.

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new retail partners.

Product Management:

• Optimizing product pages for conversions.

• Implement quality control measures for product listings and content on eCommerce platforms.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.

ECommerce Trends and Technology:

· Staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce.

· Evaluating and adopting new tools or features to improve the online shopping experience.

Website Development and Design:

• Creating and maintaining an effective, user-friendly eCommerce website.

• Implementing responsive design for mobile compatibility.

• Optimizing the website for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in eCommerce, retail operations, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and order management systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with popular eCommerce platforms

Knowledge of retail and eCommerce Pharmacy industry trends.

Familiarity with fulfillment and logistics processes.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
