Ecommerce Specialist


About the job


The person in this role will be mainly in charge of maintaining the content of the Ecommerce platform. He/She will also support on other daily operational tasks related with customer service, marketing, sales and logistics.


  • Monitor Ecommerce website checking products and functionality.
  • Building and mocking up of products, preparing and proofing.
  • Create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to the Ecommerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner.
  • Create promotion categories/subcategories assigning the correct SKUs.
  • Pricing updates, managing special offers and clearance lines.
  • Updating and enhancing product range.
  • Taking a coordinated approach to helping to drive and monitor business in key product ranges.
  • Ensuring accurate and helpful information is presented to customers.
  • Support Customer Service department on daily customer issues.
  • Help the Ecommerce Owner develop and implement a roadmap for the online store and drive e-commerce sales performance.
  • Help the Ecommerce Owner evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes and customer loyalty programs.
  • Review with the Ecommerce Owner the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms.
  • Measure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate data analytics tools.

  • Logical and analytical, with an ability to spot patterns, gaps, and repetitions in web content
  • Accurate and high attention to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Interest on technological industry.


  • Knowledge of Photoshop is required.
  • Knowledgeable in computer hardware specifications
  • Excellent knowledge of internet/website applications and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Technically minded, knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and Magento is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.


  • + 3 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in international companies appreciated.


University degree or related studies, preferably in computer science, marketing, business or information technology is appreciated
