- Overall strategy, short/long term goals and commitments for the fiscal targets
- Establish/Maintain top level relationships with the Partner and OEM ecosystem
- Build rapport with Partner leadership teams
- Build awareness of WWT capabilities and direction
- Deep understanding of partner tiering requirements
- Knowledgeable on all competency and certification programs
- Ensuring tracking to goals and exceeding expectations
- Continuous collaboration with the Global Engineering, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
- Understand and communicate overall requirements & expectations of Partner (OKRs, KPIs, Metrics, Key Activities, etc)
- Track measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution)
- Coordinate and host cadence calls for overall internal/external teams
- Develop an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT’s go-to-market strategy

- Bachelor’s or higher degree or equivalent experience
- Previous successful partner management experience with a Technology company or Technology channel partner company (strongly desired)
- Strong Executive relationship building skills
- Ability to directly impact and grow the technology business across the sales divisions
- Minimum 5 years of sales or business experience within the technology field
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Strong program management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects/partners
- Ability to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time
