  • Overall strategy, short/long term goals and commitments for the fiscal targets
  • Establish/Maintain top level relationships with the Partner and OEM ecosystem
  • Build rapport with Partner leadership teams
  • Build awareness of WWT capabilities and direction
  • Deep understanding of partner tiering requirements
  • Knowledgeable on all competency and certification programs
  • Ensuring tracking to goals and exceeding expectations
  • Continuous collaboration with the Global Engineering, Business Development Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
  • Understand and communicate overall requirements & expectations of Partner (OKRs, KPIs, Metrics, Key Activities, etc)
  • Track measurable numbers (revenue, costs, budgets, payments, distribution)
  • Coordinate and host cadence calls for overall internal/external teams
  • Develop an understanding of our competitive market positioning and WWT’s go-to-market strategy
    • Bachelor’s or higher degree or equivalent experience
    • Previous successful partner management experience with a Technology company or Technology channel partner company (strongly desired)
    • Strong Executive relationship building skills
    • Ability to directly impact and grow the technology business across the sales divisions
    • Minimum 5 years of sales or business experience within the technology field
    • Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
    • Strong program management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects/partners
    • Ability to work under uncertainty and incomplete data sets
    • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
