We are inviting applications for an accomplished Global Strategist in Assessment and Evaluation to spearhead the design and implementation of our global assessment strategy and framework. In this role, you will be pivotal in refining our assessment process, systems, and structures to ensure a calibrated approach to skill, competency, and proficiency level evaluations across our organization’s life cycle.As a Global Strategist – Assessment and Evaluation, your primary focus will be leveraging your expertise to generate insights based on data analysis and business input proactively. Your strategic recommendations will optimize our processes and procedures, impacting our organization’s talent management and development.This position offers the flexibility of remote work or a location in one of our offices in Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Rwanda, the United States, or India. You will work closely with Global Talent Acquisition, HR business partners, business leadership, and Learning & Development colleagues.

Tek Experts provides medical, dental and vision options for each employee.

Responsibilities

  • Revamp and deliver agile talent assessment processes that keep pace with our rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Improve assessment methods, identify process gaps, and bring innovative solutions.
  • Research and incorporate external practices, innovation, and trends into our assessment processes.
  • Employ a continuous improvement mindset to enhance organizational and talent assessment methods.
  • Provide expert advice on the application and interpretation of assessment processes.
  • Maintain consistent quality and impact of assessment solutions through collaboration with external partners.
  • Work closely with peer teams to ensure a seamless implementation of assessment practices.
  • Develop and maintain project plans supporting talent assessment programs and initiatives.
  • Research best practices and products in the marketplace to inform recommendations and support purchasing decisions.
  • Communicate process changes, enhancements, and modifications to key stakeholders and the organization.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in training & education or another relevant discipline is required.
  • A master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development skills assessment & evaluation is required.
  • Experience in the education or training sector/ or training department organizing training for employees/clients.
  • Experience in handling an organization’s assessment processes and protocols, aligning them with Tek Experts development targets.
  • Experience managing learning teams. Understanding and knowledge of learning technology, learning processes, and learning data.
  • Extensive experience with assessment research, analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience teaching others to create and assess skills, competencies, and proficiency levels.
  • Knowledge of innovative assessment and evaluation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of assessment systems, training platforms, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience working in a technology company environment.
  • Learning Assessment certification is considered an advantage.
  • A self-organized team player with experience in delivering quality learning experiences, presentations, and design programs.
  • Project and Program management skills and managing multiple activities and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
