We are seeking a talented and experienced Growth Manager to join our fast-growing global team based in Barcelona. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies that will drive organic user acquisition, retention, and monetization for our cross-platform Party Royale game in the EMEA region. Your core goals will include organic user acquisition, retention, and monetization and main objectives will be to drive the growth, community management and influencer strategy in your respective region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and measure the impact of your initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization for our cross-platform game in the EMEA region
  • Identify and execute on growth opportunities in different markets and platforms, including mobile, PC, and console, in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and execute community engagement initiatives and social media management strategies that drive player satisfaction and retention in the EMEA region.
  • Analyze and report on key metrics to measure the success of growth initiatives in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including regional UGC creators, influencer marketing agencies, creator management agencies, commercial partners, etc.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including global community management, brand, product, live ops, data analytics, and engineering to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the global community team to create regional-focused content and campaigns
  • Partner with external local community management team to deliver content on Social Media and Community Channels and engage with players
  • Partner with the global influencer team to create regional-focused content and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the product team to optimize the user experience and drive engagement and retention in the EMEA region.
  • Work with the monetization team to optimize revenue and identify new revenue streams in the EMEA region.
  • Implement strategies to improve player experience and increase player retention, including community engagement and in-game that drive player satisfaction and retention in the EMEA region.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback and concerns, and work with cross-functional teams to address issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, community management, influencer management, user acquisition, business development, or related roles in the gaming industry, preferably in cross-platform games in the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization through growth marketing initiatives in cross-platform games in the EMEA region.
  • Proficiency managing comms and communities across all the key social media channels & community forums, i.e. Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Familiarity with leading regional UGC creators and influencers, local creator management companies, influencer marketing agencies, etc.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners in the EMEA region.
  • Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry, particularly the online multiplayer gaming space in the EMEA region.
  • Experience dealing with Agencies, Platforms, and Strategic Players in Gaming Industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and experimentation.
  • Required working proficiency in English and German
