GET READY TO:

  • Conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) research, applying a risk-based approach for existing and new Retail and Wealth Management customers
  • Identify and assess ML/TF /PF risk factors, potential sanctions violation risks, report suspicious transactions and activities in accordance with internal policies.
  • Prepare of an EDD recommendation for existing customers and to take a decision on continuing or terminating the Business Relationships with the Client;
  • Ensure that EDD requests are processed within the required deadlines, in compliance with applicable regulations and properly documented and stored in the bank’s internal system
  • Consult and provide EDD process improvement
  • Provide support function to other units in processing additional requests on client risk assessment
  • Perform the technical control of EDD quality

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor degree in banking and/or finance and/or economics and/or law;
  • Up to 3 years experience in the AML/KYC area in the financial institution
  • Understanding of customers business models and industries;
  • Diligence, attentiveness, ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Analytical and high attention to details, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
  • Lithuanian and English, Russian (advantage) language skills;
  • Good communication and argumentation skills.
