Responsibilities

• SLA management: Requisition to pay and order to collection processes
• Book closing: Timely closure of monthly and quarterly reporting as per companies reporting calendar
• SOP & Process Documentation: Working experience of preparing and managing SOPs and process documents. Ability to discuss, document and close processes with function leaders independently
• Process Improvement: Should have clear understanding and working knowledge on process transformation, & improvement leading to automation & improvements
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills to work with cross functional teams
• Process Dashboards: Prepare monthly finance dashboards along with commentary. Processes include AR, AP, R2R, consolidation, tax & Treasury and others.
• Analytical skills: Must have clear understanding about financial ratios, % Growth & variance analysis.
• Financial Statement: Must have stronghold on TB review, Financials Statements review along with all schedules and complete all reconciliation

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant – Finance
• 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in SAAS / MNC/ Large Indian Company
• Six Sigma, Black Belt or Certification in project management preferred
• Hands-on experience of working on ERP/ tools like NetSuite/ SAP
• Ability to deliver within deadlines and under time pressure.
