We are eager to grow and expand with skilled professionals like you who use their talent to build solutions, enable effective learning, and improve students’ lives.The future of education is here and we are eager to work alongside those who want to make a positive impact and inspire change in the world around them.The Manager, Healthcare Content will manage a team of SME content developers across Kaplan Healthcare’s curriculum teams (Medical, MCAT, Nursing, Allied Health, etc) in developing test preparation examination content in conformity with licensure exams. This position will also liaise with multiple stakeholders (business, consultants/contractors) to devise product specific content development strategies, resource planning and talent management.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop content creation calendar and assign activities to internal experts as well as external consultants, as required
• Liaise with the teams in the U.S and healthcare consultants to ensure delivery of items as per project plan
• Hire and recruit consultants for the pre-med, nursing or healthcare projects as required
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient and transparent tracking of work, time spent, and quality metrics
• Edit and review course materials, including lecture notes, videos, questions, course handouts, marketing materials, and instructor support materials
• Organize and review assessment tools, including question banks and simulated exams
• Create PowerPoint presentations/content and support the production of recorded lectures in coordination with Kaplan faculty and the production team
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office
• 30-day notification period preferred

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the sciences required. MBBS or MD degree preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience of 5+ years in eLearning course or simulation development, preferably in the Healthcare/Health IT domains.
• Project and team management experience desired
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google suite of tools
• Possess exceptional writing and oral communication skills
