Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Consultant who will be responsible for driving successful projects at key customer enterprise accounts and internally. This includes facilitating key meetings with customers and internal stakeholders, creating strategic plans and presentations, and managing action items. The Marketing Analytics Consultant will also be responsible for creating best practices for our Professional Services function, as well as driving innovation in Customer Success with the Director of Customer Data Strategy and other Head of Customer Operations.If you are a highly organized and proactive individual with 4+ years of experience in RevenueOps, MarketingOps, SalesOps, Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for someone who is passionate about MarTech, helping our customers succeed and who is eager to drive innovation in our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

Drive ongoing successful projects at key customer Enterprise Accounts:Run end-to-end onboardings with new customersFacilitate key meetings with customers and internal stakeholdersStrategic plans, powerpoint presentationsAgenda setting / meeting summaries / Action item managementBe the voice of the customer and champion their success through the onboarding process for clean handoff to the Customer Success ManagerDrive innovation in Customer Success with the Head of Customer Operations and VP Customer Success:Improve workflows in Slack, Jira, Asana, and other toolsDrive adoption of new tools and Generative AIFurther CaliberMind’s subject matter expertise in the B2B marketing and sales stack, internally and to customersKnowledge Base documentationAdvise marketing executives based on learned best practicesOther duties as assigned
