Alliance Marketing Manager

Part Time Contract ( 6+6 Months) 3-4 Days Per week

Melbourne Based

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with a Telco background to join the part time contract (3-4 days per week) for 6+6 Months in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and an experienced, results-oriented marketing professional who will manage all the joint Enterprise marketing programs in the Australian region. This senior marketing role is diverse with responsibilities for demand, partner and awareness programs, and sales enablement that are critical to supporting client’s expansion and growth efforts and develop and implement an annual marketing plan to generate demand, build awareness and brand all driving an opportunity pipeline that meets target.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology marketing and/or partner marketing
• Experience in other areas of marketing, sales or network engineering of products, ICT solutions & services
• Sound understanding of Telco and ICT technologies and trends
• Basic understanding of PR and how it works in conjunction with larger marketing initiatives
• Experience in working in a large Telco/ICT organisation
• Tertiary qualifications in sales/marketing or equivalent discipline.
• Strong commercial acumen, financial and operational judgment
• Ability to determine, prioritise and articulate business requirements
• Broad-based communications network background in technologies (including Wireless, ATM, IP, MPLS, Frame Relay, etc.), services and hardware
• Understanding of customer value principles and the ability to create customer and internal documentation to support
• Experience in leading a project or virtual teams
• Good market, competitive knowledge and insights
• Experience in managing complex products/solutions and capability development projects
• Strong Financial analysis skills
• Channel partner engagement experience
• Strong presentation skills and competent in presenting to C- suite
