We are seeking a driven and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our strategic marketing programs in Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for supporting enterprise business leaders by understanding their priorities and expansion opportunities and creating comprehensive plans that encompass marketing activities such as account-based campaigns, events, social media, digital programs, lead generation, and communications.

  • Build a strong alignment with enterprise sales team and demonstrate values by understanding sales priorities, identifying marketing quarterly plan that supports the specific sales/marketing motions – and execute from start to finishPresent to all levels of an organisation complex technical issues and solutions in a meaningful, engaging, and digestible manner
  • Develop and run result-driven marketing programs to deliver warm leads and expansion opportunities to support the region’s sales pipeline target
  • Create content messaging and communication assets according to audience personas, verticals, and buying journey stages to deliver the right communication to attract and convert your target audience
  • Manage timely post-campaign follow up communications, monitor lead progression and sales conversion result from your marketing programs
  • Work with the technical team to align your marketing programs to the solution value proposition, and technical resources
  • Lead an execution of major ANZ-wide marketing programs and support key global initiatives as required


  • Experience in content strategy, copy writing, Marcom
  • Experience in targeting different buying teams and buyer journey stages
  • 4+ years B2B marketing experience in software or a technology related field
  • Demonstrated success in defining marketing strategies in support of business objectives, including the development, execution, and measurement of marketing programs
  • Proven track record in delivering result from integrated marketing programs including digital, events, market outreach, demand generation, lead nurture, PR
  • Highly experienced with C-suite marketing initiatives
  • Experience in communicating to C-level and technical influence personas
  • Strong knowledge and experience in delivering successful ABM strategy and tactics
  • Ability to work with marketing lead data and produce insightful analysis
  • Ability to work effectively with cross functional groups, sales organisations, channel and operations
