Role is primarily focused on oversite of data collection, measurement, and optimizations of specific marketing channels like web, search, email, mobile, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data collection, measurement across all web channels.
  • Assist architects on the technical implementation of data collection and validation across specific marketing channels.
  • Lead the ad-hoc, day-to-day, and long-term measurement and analysis of specific channel tools.
  • Responsible for the continual enterprise engagement and skill development of specific channel’s tools.
  • Help collaborate on, implement towards strategy, and manage our Digital Analytics capabilities within platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Medallia
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, web, and marketing team members to translate requests into strategy design and implementation

Must have:

  • Must possess demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving, and big-picture/conceptual skills
  • A strong background in Digital Analytical tools, with a preference of Google Marketing Platform tools, specifically Google Analytics and Google Tag Manger
  • Experience programming in in tools like JavaScript, HTML, CSS,, etc.
  • Strong technical, financial services product and business processes acumen
  • Must be able to execute effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Must have the ability to work with people at all levels and influence others without formal authority.
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships and facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Demonstrate the ability to embrace and understand the change process and effectively guides others through change


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Digital Communications, Statistics, or similar related field of study.2-4 years of relevant experience in digital channel analytics program, data collection and measurement across all web channels

Additional Information Good to have:

  • Experience of working on survey tools to build surveys and reports (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, iPerceptions or any similar tools)
  • Email marketing tools to design and send email campaigns (e.g. Salesforce marketing cloud, Marketo, Mail Chimp or any similar tools)
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and pleasantly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
  • Team-player with positive attitude coupled with a sense of urgency
