The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving our performance marketing strategy, overseeing the implementation and optimisation of campaigns, and delivering comprehensive reporting of all Blinq’s Performance Marketing activities.

What You Will Own

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive plan for Blinq’s performance marketing, handling all aspects of online marketing initiatives from inception to completion, across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Continuously draw in new customers by fine-tuning the marketing mix for optimum outcomes.
  • Set up a consistent framework for testing and experimentation to validate ideas. Delve into detailed campaign analysis to suggest enhancements in performance.
  • Meet or exceed pre-determined objectives for your marketing channels, delivering regular updates on Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Return On Investment (ROI) throughout your whole performance marketing range.
  • Provide frequent communication to the Growth team and broader company about updates, developments, and outcomes.
  • Remain updated about changes in the performance marketing and analytics industry, ensuring Blinq’s operations are at par with the best in the industry. Relay and instruct the team about these changes.
  • Contribute significantly to Blinq’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in performance marketing or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of performance marketing channels and platforms including Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology tools and analytics software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Data-driven methology to direct marketing channels and initiatives from gathered insights.
