Trilogy International are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to join our Financial Services client, based in Dublin.
Contract: 12 months (Initially)
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Candidates must possess a background in risk and compliance, specifically with expertise in IT operational risk, risk frameworks, and a demonstrated track record of managing projects related to risk. Familiarity with planned activities and associated terminology is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement workstreams and initiatives essential for the Cyber and Risk Program to meet its Technology Risk Maturity objectives efficiently, amid a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Define, plan, and execute programs within agreed-upon timelines, adhering to quality standards and budgetary constraints.
- Oversee program stakeholders, both internal and project resources.
- Establish and manage project plans, specifying scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
- Develop and integrate an overarching plan for all workstreams.
- Formulate and communicate plans to senior stakeholders.
- Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with management to ensure resource availability.
- Monitor project delivery budget and institute effective change management for on-budget delivery.
- Establish robust governance structures at all levels.
- Chair Project Board meetings and provide concise updates for Steering meetings.
- Generate precise and impactful Management Information detailing the delivery status.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Assign and efficiently manage tasks to completion.
- Navigate competing objectives and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to devise and implement standards, processes, programs, and best practices on risk management.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring targets are met within defined timelines, quality parameters, and scope.
Requirements
- 5+ years Program/Project Management experience.
- 5+ years Financial Services Experience.
- Extensive experience in delivering risk and compliance programs.
- Proficient in Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity
