We are currently seeking a FT Regional Director of Marketing and Business Development to cover our Bremerton/Gig Harbor region. The ideal candidate MUST have proven experience with Marketing in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Admissions to be considered.



Responsible for managing referral sources and admissions of appropriate residents into the facilities within their respective region. This role will network and build positive business relationships with area referral sources and will act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care. The ideal candidate must also maintain a census level and payor mix at or above budget.


  • Previous healthcare marketing experience is a MUST!
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
  • Bachelors degree in Sales or Marketing PREFERRED
  • Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English
  • Ability to travel amongst the SNFs within our Olympia region, to include St. Helens, OR
