We are looking for an experienced SEO manager that will work within the inbound marketing team, reporting to the Head of SEO and working closely with other SEO specialists, content marketers and digital PR team to boost visibility in the main core markets and unlock growth in new territories across the world. This person will be accountable for the organic results in specific geographies and highly independent in executing growth plans in alignment with other marketing stakeholders.

The SEO team focuses on delivering sustainable growth and bringing Preply to organic market leadership in all target geographies by planning and executing a best-in-class SEO strategy at all levels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Performing sophisticated keyword research and clustering based on user intent in several languages to find the best search demand opportunities to target
  • Conducting competitor analysis and on-page optimization to maximize conversions
  • Performing technical audits and work closely with the SEO devs team for the implementation of tech improvements
  • Thinking outside the box and launching SEO experiments to explore any kind of opportunity to maximize performance
  • Analyzing your markets performance and reporting to stakeholders including the leadership team
  • Keeping up to date with algorithms updates, the impact of AI in SEO and the latest news to be the first to analyze and experiment with potential new ways of delivering growth
  • Managing cross-functional collaboration with the digital PR and content team to generate the best content ideas for your markets’ offsite strategy and with the Product department to align and improve performance
  • Contributing to building a well recognized, international brand that creates a meaningful connection between students and tutors across the world.

What You Need To Succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO (preferably in-house SEO), working in companies with international reach.
  • Advanced English level (C1+) required.
  • Data driven, analytical and experienced with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • A natural curiosity; always keeping a keen eye on trends within and outside the market
  • A growth mindset; results and performance-oriented
  • Knowledge of other languages is a strong plus
