The Role

Are you an experienced Sales Operations Manager who is a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives with minimal supervision and looking to make a significant impact? As a Sales Operations Manager, you will collaborate with team members, managers and leaders to empower our Sales GTM through processes, insights and tools.   • Develop a strong partnership with the business to become a trusted advisor and point of escalation for the aligned sales team in terms of process, insights and tools
  • Lead and facilitate forecast calls, analyse historical data, provide predictions of accurate forecasts, and challenge questionable opportunities in the forecast
  • Identify opportunities for sales process automation and optimisation, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Partner with sales leadership on quarterly and annual planning activities
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis to understand the state of the business and sales rep performance
  • Own the sales technology stack and ensure utilisation, integration and evaluation of the same
  • Develop a strong documentation culture for sales processes, playbooks and other sales artefacts
  • Work with functions like marketing and product to have a closed feedback loop to ensure market insights are captured and relayed
  • Work with the product marketing and sales enablement team to ensure that initiatives and assets are aligned to market needs and team requirements
  • Ensure the CRM hygiene is maintained and random audits are done to sanitize the data available

Requirement

  • 3 – 5 years of experience working in sales operations and strategy in fast-growth environments (mandatory)
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
  • Experience with sales tools like Hubspot, Clari Copilot (Wingman), and Outplay
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills
  • Strong data modeling skills using spreadsheets
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
