Here is what it will entail:A team lead is a manager in training, supporting a Sales Manager and the Head of Sales in executing sales and go to market strategy, while leading and supporting a team of high performing Sales Specialists who are in the early stages of their sales careers.Your Role

  • Support in crafting and executing both national and local sales strategy
  • Dedicate time each week to support individual Sales Specialists
    • Direct assistance in the sales process
    • Coaching, training, and mentoring Sales Specialists
    • Pipeline Management
  • Lead team meetings- driving conversation, asking probing questions, shaping/presenting best practices, & acting as an advocate for sales specialists
  • 1:1s with Sales Manager to improve sales processes & drive performance
  • Bi-weekly 1:1s with Head of Sales to discuss strategy and performance
  • Attendance and contribution to weekly Sales Management meetings
  • Passion for coaching and mentorship

We’re Looking For

  • 3 years of Sales experience
    • Consistent top performer
    • 1+ years in a senior sales role
    • Expertise in SMB and Mid Market sales
  • Minimum of 6 months experience leading and coaching a sales team
    • Ideally in a high volume, fast paced sales environment
  • Deep understanding of sales strategy and pipeline management
  • Ability to quickly learn and master the Too Good To Go pitch
  • Communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to be thoughtfully self-assured
  • Ability to speak to stakeholders at varying levels in an organization
  • Negotiation skills: ability to drive negotiations and create and deliver high impact pitches
