Responsibilities

  • Own all training needs for the Sales Function – Functional, Soft Skills, Cultural & Behavioral.
  • Responsible for in-house/outsourced content creation for all training delivery.
  • Responsible for NHT of new intakes.
  • Conduct ongoing Skill-Gap analysis for the existing team members & plan for Development programs to fill the same.
  • You will also serve as a thought partner and strategic advisor to Sales Leadership, standing in on meetings, challenging ideas, and following up on action items with the team accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies, with a track record of success in sales training and development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners, making training sessions interactive and impactful.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Flexibility to work overlapping hours with the US shift to accommodate training needs for both India and US cohorts.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field is preferred.
