About The Role

As the Senior Marketing Manager for RedBalloon, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing strategy and execution for the brand in both Australia and New Zealand. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic marketing, and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to profitably drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Owning the brand, making Red Balloon the go to brand for gifting with defined milestones across all marketing channels and materials
  • Working in partnership with performance and digital to deliver digital marketing efforts
  • Leading the development & execution of paid media channels
  • Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Leading the planning and evaluation of marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media promotions, and partnerships
  • Using data and research where required to identify target audience segments, monitor industry trends, and identify competitive opportunities
  • Leading a small team of marketing and creative professionals
  • Developing & managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and marketing spend

About You

Key to your success in this role is proven experience in marketing & leadership with a particular focus on digital marketing, campaign management & brand development. Prior experience in gifting, high end brands or online industries would be extremely beneficial.Your ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions will be key.You have managed a marketing team before, enjoying the reward gained from guiding and coaching others while taking a results driven approach. You are creative and are able to think outside of the box developing & driving innovative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with RedBalloons audience.You are excited about the adventure and experiences industry and have a genuine passion for adrenaline inducing experiences!
