The Role

Embarking on an incredible growth phase New Balance are now seeking a Regional Global Key Account Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific. This is a newly created role that reports directly into the Regional Marketing Director and will form a fundamental part of the established marketing division. We’re proud once again, to be partnering with New Balance as this is a highly unique and rewarding opportunity!

Main duties include:

  • Lead the coordinated implementation and execution of global campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with country marketers throughout the APAC region.
  • Support a cross-functional approach involving various departments, including commercial leads, sales, product, merchandising, visual merchandising, and global marketing.
  • Developing annual marketing strategies tailored to the region.
  • Defining and communicating GKA business models for effective management.
  • Manage budget allocation, ensuring consistent execution.
  • Provides valuable insights throughout the GKA GTM process.
  • Measure the ROI of campaigns.

Skills & Experience

  • The selected candidate will posses a strong commercial mindset along with excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • You’ll successfully have managed and executed marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
  • You’ll be a fierce people leader, and a drive and motivated individual – passionate about those you work with.
  • You’ll possess substantial expertise in the sports, culture, and lifestyle retail sectors.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, even when faced with conflicting deadlines.
  • You’ll operate with a methodical approach and a deep comprehension of working across diverse stakeholders, wholesalers, seasons, products, agencies, and departments.
  • You’ll display a solid grasp of consumer behaviour, capable of guiding campaigns from initial awareness to final conversion.
  • And will hold a degree in Marketing or a related field.
