As a Working Student (f/d/m) Legal at Temedica, you will gain a profound insight into the versatile activities and work of an in-house legal department of a start-up in the digital health sector. You will not only provide support but quickly play a key part in a range of activities from contract workflows to process optimisation. You will ensure our Legal department holds itself to the highest organizational standards while learning from experienced professionals in a highly dynamic environment. Your Role with us

• You manage all kinds of contract workflows, such as signature procedures, archiving, storage and monitoring of contracts.
• You monitor our Legal Ticket System, ensuring all requests are appropriately addressed.
• You support our internal clients in the field of freelancer contracts, ensuring smooth workflows.
• You assist our General Counsel with different requests and team projects, such as internal audits and research activities.

What you bring to the table

• You are currently enrolled in a law-related degree program and have successfully completed your first semesters, or you are currently in your legal clerkship (Rechtsreferendariat), where you have gained familiarity with contracts and learned to work effectively in a team.
• You are able to balance multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while being highly attentive to details.
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal-related role is highly advantageous.
• You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English.
