I make a shake, in that shake i put a few things:
Creatine monohydrate 5g;
beetroot powder 2 tsp good for endurance,
electrolytes 2 tabs to keep me hydrated and your performance high
Ryse Sussny D pre-workout flavour
Before Bed
Magnesium 400mg
Chelated zinc 22-44mg (1or2 tabs) depending on how much I sweat
1 tbsp of hawaiian spirulina algae powder. It’s got vitamins, minerals and antioxidants
1 tbsp of liquid fish oil citrus flavoured or pills if you want.
And I use protein powder to fill in the gaps
